WeKoDe ("us", "we", or "our") operates the "Randomizer" mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at "Randomizer" unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

We use AdMob by Google for advertising purpose. Your data my be used for personalised ads and content, ad and content measurement, audience insights and product development. Your personal data will be processed and information from your device (cookies, unique identifiers, and other device data) may be stored by, accessed by and shared with third party vendors, or used specifically by this site or app.

Some vendors may process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, which you can object to by managing your options below. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the settings of the app.

You have the right to consent, not to consent or make your own descion for each vendor.

What if I don't consent?

Your personal data won't be used for the above, unless we and our vendors determine that we have a legitimate interest to do so.

How does a legitimate interest work?

Do I have to consent to everything?

No. You can change how your personal data is used and who uses it. To collect and use data vendors can:

  • Match and combine offline data sources

  • Link different devices

  • Receive and use automatically-sent device characteristics for identification.

Data you provide us

We do not collect any type of personal data or store in any way. All data is stored locally on your device.

Automatic Data Collection and Advertising

In addition, the Service may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your advertising ID, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Service.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Why we collect your data​

We use the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the Service

  • To notify you about changes to our Service

  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so

  • To provide customer care and support

  • To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service

  • To monitor the usage of the Service

  • To detect, prevent and address technical issues

Who can see your data​

Other companies and public authorities

In order to combat fraud and illegal activity, we may exchange data with other companies and organizations and provide it to public authorities in response to lawful requests.

We may also disclose your data based on your consent, to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our players or others.

Advertising and social media partners

We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Application which helps us keep the cost of the Application low. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Application, including, but not limited to, the unique identification ID of your mobile device and your mobile telephone number. To protect the anonymity of this information, we use an encryption technology to help ensure that these third parties can’t identify you personally. These third parties may also obtain anonymous information about other applications you’ve downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites you visit, your non-precise location information (e.g., your zip code), and other non- precise location information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Application and elsewhere. We may also share encrypted versions of information you have provided in order to enable our partners to append other available information about you for analysis or advertising related use.

Your rights and options​

Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application:

You can stop all collection of information by the Service easily by uninstalling the Service. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Opt-out of targeted advertising

Right to object to the collection of data in special cases and to direct advertising (Art. 21 GDPR) IF THE DATA PROCESSING ON THE BASIS OF ART. 6 ABS. 1 LIT. E OR F GDPR, YOU HAVE AT ANY TIME THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR SPECIAL SITUATION; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THESE PROVISIONS. THE RELEVANT LEGAL BASIS ON WHICH PROCESSING IS REQUIRED, TAKE FROM THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR AFFECTED PERSONAL DATA UNLESS WE MAY MANDOR MANDATORY PROTECTIVE SIGNS AND REQUIRE THE PROCESSING, REVIEWING OR CARRYING OUT YOUR PROCESSING FOR THE ASSISTANCE, EXERCISE OR DEFENSE OF LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION ACCORDING TO ART. 21 PARA. 1 GDPR).

IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED FOR DIRECT ADVERTISING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME AGAINST THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH ADVERTISING; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING, TO THE EXTENT IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH DIRECT ADVERTISING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL NO LONGER BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT ADVERTISING (OBJECTION ACCORDING TO ART. 21 (2) GDPR).

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information​

We do not retain your data in this Service, so you have to delete your stored data on your phone by yourself.

If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Service, please contact us and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly. {: .new_section}

Log Data​

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. The data is only collected from devices whose users have opted-in to automatically share usage and diagnostics data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. {: .new_section}

Cookies​

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services(for example tailor and improve the adverts that are presented in the app and measure the effectiveness of these advertisement). You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. Children’s Privacy​

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13 or users in the EEA, who are under the age of consent (hereinafter referred to as "Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children. If you are under the defined age, please do not send any data about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the defined age may provide any personal data. In the case we discover Children have provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
